Shopping Information
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹899. Orders below ₹899 may incur a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
Express shipping (where available) may have an additional charge, which will be shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.For metro cities, deliveries may arrive earlier, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Popular designs often sell out quickly! We regularly restock high-demand items. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates on new arrivals.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes! All Khianaa jewellery is photographed to reflect its true design and color. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but we guarantee the product quality remains the same.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Currently, Khianaa does not offer separate gift receipts.
However, if you want to send jewellery as a gift, you can mention this in the order notes at checkout, and we’ll make sure your invoice is not included in the package.
How long do I have to return an order?
if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Payment Information
How is the refund processed?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, all refunds for eligible returns will be credited back to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking). Cash refunds are not available for online purchases.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes for domestic orders. Additional charges may apply for this service.
Is my payment information secure on Khianaa’s website?
Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your personal and payment data at every step.
Do you charge any additional fees during checkout?
No hidden fees! The amount shown at checkout is final, including applicable taxes and shipping (if any).
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Currently, Khianaa only ships within India. For international requests, please contact our support team at contact@khianaa.com to check availability.
Orders and Returns
What exactly happens after ordering?
- Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Our team processes and prepares your jewellery for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
- You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.
- Finally, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within the mentioned timeline.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt will be sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful purchase.
You can also log in to your Khianaa account and view past orders along with their receipts under the My Orders section.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Khianaa accepts returns or exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
How will I get a replacement?
Once we receive the returned item and it passes the quality check, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product. If the same item is not available, our team will contact you to offer an alternative solution.
Can I return items after the return window?
No, items returned after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Khianaa will arrange the return pickup at no additional cost to you.
For cases where courier pickup is unavailable, our support team will guide you through the return process to ensure a smooth experience.
Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size choice, or any non-defective return requests.
