1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of jewellery and hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or design preference.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges if:
    • You received a defective or damaged product.
    • The product delivered is different from your order.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@khianaa.com with your order number.
  • Include images or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

3. Conditions for Approval

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • After inspection, we will either replace the item or issue a refund (excluding shipping charges, if any).
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  • Customised or personalised jewellery is non-returnable.
